I've always heard that you are supposed to give someone a gift that you would like to have yourself. So, I've embroidered a few cute dish towels to give away as Christmas gifts this year. I love these chickens! I'm having a hard time letting this one go!
Thank you for the sweet comment on my tree, sugar.
ReplyDeleteI would have a hard time letting those darling towels go also. But then I love dish towels!

Those are very sweet. You did a good job and used your creative talents on them.
ReplyDeleteOh I love those! I have started back to embroidery and I really enjoy it ..and the vintage look it gives!
ReplyDeleteGreat gift.. I love receiving these types of gifts don't you? True "Love gifts". Yes you should make yourself some.

I would hate to use them because you put so much work in them... but I could show them off on the stove handle...*hint *hint
ReplyDeleteThat reminds me... I have a towel with a rooster on it that doesn't belong to me left here at Thanksgiving... Yours perhaps?
They are both so cute. Usually when I shop it's one as a gift and one for me!
ReplyDeleteA lovely gift idea with a personal touch. I love them both. Bet you do find it hard parting with them, you will have to make yourself some too!
ReplyDeleteThese are so cute especially the cat one! I try to give gifts I'd like to recieve but like you its sometimes hard to give them up!!
