Avery's Quilt


I finally finished Avery's little quilt. I want this to be his "anytime" quilt. His mom can throw it in the floor, on the ground, in the sand.... anywhere she wants to lay baby down to play. The only thing I need to do is embroider his name and date on the back corner, which I hope to do today. It was a pure joy making this little quilt for our baby.

    It turned out great Penny! Avery will enjoy playing on it, sleeping on and under it.

    Free Motion Quilting the queen size quilt was a challenge, but I enjoyed it. I can't wait to get back to sewing, but it will be a little while until we get straightened out from moving!
