Quilt Shop

This was another fun shop we visited while in Williamsburg last week. I am not a very experienced quilter, so I often feel lost in quilt shops, but I still love to go inside to browse. I have found that most all quilters are nice people and are very friendly and helpful to those of us who really don't know what we are doing!

My mom was a huge quilter! I can't sew hardly at all! But you are right, I have found all quilters will the talk and share their knowledge on quilting.
p.s. I get all my items to mosaic at flea markets, thrift stores, antique malls, estate sales, auctions...etc..I am always on the look out for something to cover in mosaics!

I love to go into quilt shops too. There's one in Selma, NC called Whistle Stop Quilt shop, but was closed when we were in that area one Sunday afternoon. I bet you enjoyed looking around and I bet you are just as good at quilting as those people in the store. You're just too modest!!!
