It's all good!

I'm smiling today, so my roller coaster of emotions is climbing upwards today. Tomorrow may be a different story, so enjoy today, right? I was able to accomplish getting internet service and email (on my own) today. Big success, as I am practically computer illiterate! We have brought the old computer inside, which hasn't been used in a few years. Thankfully, everything works okay, but I feel like I have stepped back in time. I'm sure there must be a way to fix it, but the letters and images are HUGE on this computer. I feel as if I'm in elementary school all over again. When I get moved in with hubby, I'll be using his new computer, so I can deal with this temporary issue. I have lots to do today, but all I really want to do is stay inside and rest. I wish I could have a day of coffee or hot chocolate, soup, movies, and sewing. Wouldn't that be a great day? Maybe soon.....

  1. I'm happy that you are having a good day! Maybe there'll be more and more of those and less of those other ones! Its a cold day, so stay in and drink coffee... if only, right!

  2. Penny, I've missed you. Glad you at least have some computer opportunities now. Being in limbo between homes is hard, being away from your best bud is hard, moving out of what you know is hard. So, go easy on yourself, have that cup of coffee and treat yourself to some Penny Time.

  3. Having been a military wife for a number of years I know what you are going through and it never gets easier.

As for the big letters and pictures on the computer try this-hold down the control key and using the scroll button on the mouse go up and down until you find the size print you like. At least that's how it works on my computer.

  6. Good to hear you're feeling better. I know just when you have a lot to do, that's when you'd like nothing more than to rest and enjoy life. That's how I'm starting to feel about this make-over. The room is pretty, but the rest of the house is suffering! I want to just stay in the new room and fix it up, but laundry, dusting and other duties keep calling me out - oh well. Maybe tomorrow.
Have a great Friday, will ya?!
